TKE creates conversations with your customers.

BJ Zellers founded Turn Key Events, Inc. (TKE) in 1994 while working in the Consumer Products industry to support her outside interest of developing and supporting not for profit events. However, 20 years later, her long term vision of advancing TKE into a full service promotional marketing shop has come to fruition. Launching TKE, LLC in the fall of 2014, Ms. Zellers is now at the helm full time with a team of experts developing 360 degree marketing and promotional campaigns. Flawless execution, delivering on client expectations and ROI are the pillars of TKE’s foundation.

Established over the past two decades, TKE’s portfolio consists of local and national clients. TKE is sought out for its ability to develop and activate collaborative campaigns and sponsorship procurement for properties and events.

Flawless execution, delivering on client expectations and ROI are the pillars of TKE’s foundation.

BJ Zellers

BJ Zellers, President and Founder

BJ Zellers has been a solution provider all her life. Whether it was in the classroom or on the athletic fields, it was early on during her undergraduate years at the University of Pennsylvania and her graduate program at Temple University that she groomed her ability to identify opportunities and pinpoint answers. This ability served her well academically at Penn and on the fields being recognized as an All-American athlete and Athletic Hall of Fame inductee at the University of Pennsylvania. She continued her education in the classroom by earning her Master of Education from Temple University’s Sports Marketing program. While attending graduate school she coached field hockey and lacrosse at Drexel University. Her preference to resolve problems versus staying paralyzed in them has been integral in the development of her marketing style and strategic planning process.

Post-graduation, Ms. Zellers refined her sales and marketing skills, spending 20 years working at Fortune 500 companies, including; Kraft, PepsiCo, Utz, Nestle and Anheuser-Busch. Zellers held positions in the sales, operations and marketing areas in the capacity of Key Account Director, General Manager, to her concluding position as a Vice President. It was through this experience BJ had the knowledge and confidence to begin a career in marketing.  Consulting for a boutique agency in Bala Cynwyd, PA, and starting her own sports marketing company, Activation Sports Marketing (ASM) in 2008, BJ Zellers has quickly established a prominent list of clients and sport properties on a regional and national basis. As a result of client interest, Ms. Zellers re-launched TKE to have a broader marketing palette to meet a greater variety of marketing needs.

Zellers has always been attracted to supporting not for profit organizations and currently serves on the Athlete Health Organization Executive Board of Directors, Coaches vs. Cancer, Women in Sports Committee, University of Pennsylvania Athletic Board, and the Mid-Atlantic Food Trades Organization Board of Directors. In 2014, BJ Zellers has been recognized by Temple University with a prestigious Alumni Award and the American Cancer Society’s Volunteer of the Year award.

Ms. Zellers resides in the Philadelphia area and finds time to coach and cheer her daughter in her sport experiences.
